These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the Principal Conversations website located at www.principalconversations.edu.au and www.principalconversations.com.au from herein referred to as the "Site". The Site is the property of Principal Conversations P/L. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use: if you do not agree to these terms then do not use the Site.
Principal Conversations P/L reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of Use, at any time. it is the responsibility of users to periodically check these Terms and Conditions of Use for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any modifications will mean that you accept and agree to these changes.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, including but not limited to, Subscriber Only Section, Subscriber Only Forums or to any Principal Conversations server by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means.
You may not trace or seek to trace any information on any other subscriber of, or visitor to the Site, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information or personal identification other than your own.
You agree not to use any device, software or other means to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or any other person's enjoyment and use of the Site.
You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or any activity which infringes on the rights of Principal Conversations P/L, subscribers or other users.
SUBSCRIBERS
Subscribers will be issued an individual password for entry to Subscriber Only sections of the Site and for access to the subscriber only forums. Individual passwords will be issued to each nominated member of the School's Leadership Team. Please use your own password and do not give it to others. Please notify Principal Conversations P/L immediately of any unauthorised use of your password, or any other breach of security.
Principal Conversations' Privacy Statement applies to use of this Site. To view Principal Conversations' Privacy Statement, click here. In addition to the Privacy Statement, by using this Site you acknowledge that internet transmissions can never be guaranteed to be completely private or secure. Principal Conversations P/L uses the Eway encrypted (SSL) secure gateway for on-line payments.
As a subscriber you agree to treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when using forums and posting messages to the discussion groups. No name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is permitted. Please avoid shouting or flaming. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, sexually explicit language, libelous or defamatory comments, such behaviours may result in suspension or termination of subscription without refund or recourse.
Principal Conversations P/L retains the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for that message, not Principal Conversations P/L.
Please treat the Principals and other people in our DVDs with professional respect and courtesy, they have generously shared their experiences, knowledge and time.
WARRANTY POLICY ON DVDs
Principal Conversations P/L checks every batch of DVDs to verify that they are fully functional. If you have trouble playing the DVD please send an email to admin@principalconversations.edu.au and we will work with you to rectify the problem. If the DVD is defective we will exchange it for a new one at no charge. Given that DVDs can be damaged by misuse or abuse, we will exchange DVDs only within the first 30 days after delivery.
These Terms and Conditions of Use expressly include the Legal, Copyright and Privacy Statements as set out below.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
The purpose of this privacy policy statement is to disclose the information collection process and dissemination practices for the Principal Conversations Website and the company Principal Conversations Pty Ltd ABN 56 127 431 636. It is important to note that Principal Conversations Pty Ltd is a private sector company and is therefore bound by the Privacy Act 1998.
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information allows others to identify you. This information includes your name, age, contact details such as school and postal addresses, email address and phone numbers, your gender as well as your financial information. We will only collect and hold your personal information if you subscibe to Principal Conversations or if you make enquiries of us that may require a response from us. The information that we collect about you is done so in the strictest confidence. Principal Conversations Pty Ltd only collects enough of your personal information in order to provide you with the services and products you have asked for in an efficient, honest and fair manner.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Occasionally we may use your personal information for the purposes of contacting you. You may from time to time receive informative emails; in addition employee’s of Principal Conversations Pty Ltd may contact you from time to time. If we do contact you by phone we will do so before 5.30pm EST. Principal Conversations Pty Ltd policy requires all representatives to protect your personal information from third parties unless you have expressly authorised us release such information.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Generally, you have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Principal Conversations Pty Ltd will comply with your request under the guidelines according to the National Privacy Principles. To access your personal information that we hold on record please contact the Privacy Officer. All requests for personal information must be made in writing by email, mail or fax. Please attention your concern to the Privacy Officer and be sure to date and sign any faxes you send to us. We may need to contact you to verify your identity.
In most cases we will not hesitate to provide you with a copy of your personal information that we hold.
Within 14 days the Privacy Officer will provide you with your request or provide an explanation in writing as to the reasons why your personal information on record cannot be disclosed.
Circumstances in which we may refuse to give you access to personal information we hold would be:
• Where we suspect a fraudulent attempt at retrieving another individuals personal information is apparent;
• Have an unreasonable impact on another persons privacy;
• Prejudice an investigation of unlawful activity.

In most cases we will not hesitate to adjust your details to reflect such accurate changes; however for security purposes if we are unsure of your authenticity we may ask you a number of questions to confirm your identity.
PRIVACY COMPLAINTS
We will never sell or distribute your personal information to third party organisations for the purpose of marketing campaigns or for any other reason, unless required by Australian law to do so.
