Marvin Oka
Regarded by many as one of the world's leading Behavioural Modellers, Marvin is also internationally renowned as a Business Consultant, Public Speaker and Educator. He has undertaken Behavioural Modelling projects for the Australian Tax Office, Telstra and completed extensive consultancy for BHP Coal, Warner Music Australia, Unilever, Wyong Shire Council, Spotlight and CUB.
Cherie Oka
Cherie is the Project Manager for Principal Conversations. Having successfully taken on management roles for Maxxum International Training and Research, Masterlogics and BMR in the past and until recently has been an active School Council member, Cherie is excited about maximising Principal Conversations' contribution to School Leadership Development.
Nell Jeandet
Herself an innovative Educator, Nell, in her role as Trainer at Optimal Learning has for the last 8 years inspired Young People not in mainstream education to successfully re-engage with School. Nell, co-presented with Marvin and Graeme in a series of Seminars and a Masterclass for Educators, conducted in 2004 to 2006, in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Auckland.
Graeme Brooks
A Secondary Teacher for 15 years Graeme has continued his commitment to education as Director of Optimal Learning. As well as co-presenting in the above mentioned Seminars with Nell and Marvin, Graeme has presented at several education conferences ranging from small towns in country Victoria to National Conferences for Department of Education, Science and Training in Brisbane and Age of Rage in Sydney.
