Question: "How do you select the role models?"
Answer: Principal Conversations select their role model Principals mainly through referrals and nominations by parents, community members and various Departmental advisors. Subscribers are welcome to nominate potential models.

Question: "Are you saying your role models are the best Principals?"
Answer: Not at all. We are saying these Principals have demonstrated a particular strength or skill in a specific aspect of being a Principal that would be useful for other Principals and Aspiring Principals to understand the thinking behind.

Question: 'Can I subscribe part way through the school year?'
Answer: Yes your subscription will run for a year from your subscription date. It is not a course so you can join anytime. Back issues will be available if you wish to add to your collection.

Question: "Is it a course?"
Answer: No. Each edition stands alone and can be watched in any sequence. There is no curriculum behind Principal Conversations, it is explorative and aims to build up a large bank of knowledge for Subscribers to access. Secondly it aims to stimulate Strategic Conversations, both internal to the school and externally amongst colleagues.

Question: "Who is the Principal Conversations Team?"
Answer: Please refer to "About Us" on the Home page.

Question: "Do I have to watch them in sequence?"
Answer: No. Each edition is a thorough study. The Focus Questions are a very important aspect and should be completed after viewing each DVD.

Question: "Can I order back issues?"
Answer: Yes. Subscribers will be able to order back issues.

Question: "How do the Focus Questions work?"
Answer: The Focus Questions are designed specifically to promote Strategic Conversations for a School's Leadership Team, or between Subscribers on the exclusive Forum or individually for self reflection.

Question: "Do I need training to facilitate this program/focus questions for my Leadership Team?"
Answer: No you do not need training to facilitate Principal Conversations. The DVD edition and it's accompanying Focus Questions are designed as a complete package. Just watch the DVD and then discuss the Focus Questions.

Question: "How do I nominate a Principal?"
Answer: Use the Nominate section on the Subscribers Home page.
