WARRANTY POLICY ON DVDs
Principal Conversations P/L checks every batch of DVDs to verify that they are fully functional. If you have trouble playing the DVD please send an email to admin@principalconversations.edu.au and we will work with you to rectify the problem. If the DVD is defective we will exchange it for a new one at no charge. Given that DVDs can be damaged by misuse or abuse, we will exchange DVDs only within the first 30 days after delivery.
GUARANTEE ON SUBSCRIPTION
Principal Conversations P/L guarantees to refund the cost of your subscription if you notify us within 100 days of the date of your subscribing if you are not satisfied.
